Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to ship every order same day, but please allow for 1-2 business days of when you place your order. We expedite any orders that select 2nd Day or Next Day service. We send a shipping confirmation email within hours of processing your shipment with a tracking number for your convenience. Please consult with the shipping carrier of your choice for shipping lead times to your address.

International shipping: sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns Policy

Not only do we offer great deals on our site, but we back you up with a 30 day return policy!

We will gladly provide a full refund on items returned to our Returns Center within 30 days from date of sale that are in new or unused condition with all original materials provided in the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of initial delivery to your address. We inspect all returned items.

- If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges.

- If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

We do not offer exchanges for items because our deals are usually products of limited quantity. Instead, return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement.

You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.


We will gladly take your order online. Save your email address and password for returning to our site to order additional items or tracking orders already placed. Please note that all your information is stored in your My Account.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us immediately at the phone number provided. Every order is promptly and automatically sent to the warehouse to be picked and shipped after you submit your order. In most cases, we will not be able to interrupt the order process in time so review your order carefully before committing on the site. In these cases, you will need to reorder the desired items and return the undesired items once you have received them.

Please note, we do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time. 

We have implemented a diligent fraud prevention program that ensures name, billing address and phone number matches the information at the associated bank for the payment method you are using. An order analyst may contact you if we cannot verify this information.


Sales tax is based on where you are shipping your package.  We are based in Illinois with a retail store and warehouse operations so only Illinois residents pay sales tax on our site.
